1. A steel wire (including possible PE bedding) is located in the center of the whole cable as its reinforcing member.
2.250μm single-mode fiber is located in a loose sleeve made of PBT plastic, and the gap in the loose sleeve tube is filled with a thixovariant paste compound.
3. The twisted layer is twisted around the central reinforcing member with appropriate pitch by the loose sleeve with the same outer diameter (including possible filling rope). The twisted layer is covered with short pitch yarn and water-blocking material, which is used to stabilize the structure of the twisted layer and provide effective water-blocking performance.
4. A corrugated steel-plastic composite belt with waterproof material and longitudinal lap is applied outside the cable core, and a black polyethylene sheath or other materials such as low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin are extruded at the same time.
